Shipping Conditions
1. Delivery Area
Germany and the EU.
2. Shipping Method
Shipping is carried out by shipping and logistics partners on our behalf.
Shipping may be carried out directly by our suppliers as part of a dropshipping model.
3. Shipping Costs
Clearly displayed during the ordering process.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery time consists of processing time and shipping transit time.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days after receipt of payment
Shipping Transit Time:
- Germany: 3–4 business days
- EU: 4–6 business days (depending on destination country)
Total Delivery Time:
- Germany: 4–6 business days
- EU: 5–8 business days
The delivery period begins on the day after receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. The delivery times stated for the respective product take precedence.
5. Partial Deliveries
Permitted where reasonable. No additional costs.
6. Shipping Risk
The shipping risk remains with the provider until handover to the customer (Section 475 para. 2 German Civil Code).
7. Undeliverable Shipments
Return shipping costs may arise in the event of delivery obstacles caused by the customer.
