General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Petrya online shop by consumers (Section 13 German Civil Code) with delivery to Germany and the European Union.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer.

An automatic confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is only concluded once we confirm your order by email.


4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.


5. Delivery

We deliver to Germany and the European Union.


6. Shipping and Delivery Times

The delivery times specified in the shipping conditions apply.


7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Petrya until full payment has been made.


8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
The cancellation policy forms part of the contractual information.


9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.


10. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, liability only applies in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.


11. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.


12. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process.

Depending on the selected payment method, processing is carried out through external payment service providers.

The charge is made immediately after the conclusion of the contract.


13. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
